An Embodied Yoga Workshop Weekend 23-24 July

LEO TIME! It's my birthday!

 Astrology and the Fire element embodied.

3 sessions: Embody & Empower your inner Fire. Saturday 10-13 & 15-18. Sunday 11-14.

A Soul Body Mind Fusion event that will feed your inner fire energy.

We enter the fire season of summer. July 23 we enter the firey sign of Leo. This zodiac sign is all about love, playfulness, connection and celebration. The Leo zodiac sign is the ruler of the heart organ and heart chakra. I will offer delicious Embodied Flow Journeys, free movement, meditations and self exploration.

This workshop will be a FUSION of different traditions: Astrology Shamanism Tantric Philosophy, Kashmir Shaivism. Traditional Chinese Medicine.

With my Authentic self and my raw laughter I will make you move, sweat, dance, laugh and practice creative, wonderful yoga flows.

On the schedule is of course a: Fire Ceremony!

Bring your journal.

Saturday: 10-13 Satsang, story telling and spiritual talk, Intention, Journaling, Kriya, Embodied Flow.

Lunch Break; bring your own lunch and drinks, snacks will be offered. Go for a swim in Limfjorden, short walk away. You can hike up to Hanklit and admire the view and nature.

15-18 Pranayama, meditation, dance, free movement, journaling, tarot cards and fire ceremony.

The fire ceremnoy will be held outside, bring cloth according to weather. The fire ceremony is of course weather dependent.

Sunday: 11-14 Kriya, meditation, Embodied Slow Flow to Yin, journaling and sharing circle.

Go for swim in the lovely and warm fjord, only a short walk from ROOM YOGA. You can also hike up to Hanklit , enjoy the beautiful nature and amazing view.

Place: ROOM YOGA Anna Marie Madsen, Hanklit, Mors, Danmark. Easy to get to from Thisted, Vildsund and Nykøbing. ROOM YOGA is an experience in itself. A wonderful, alternative and very beautiful place. Anna Marie's place oozes of serenity, warmth and love.

You can find accomodation in caravan parks in Thy and Mors, vandrehjem or airbnb.

Price: 1050 Dkr. Must be paid in full before the event.

You will be offered snacks. Please bring your own lunch or bigger meals. Offerings are welcome.

Last registration date is July 21! You must register/write me if you want to attend this event before July 21. No refund! Only if I have to cancel. You can sell your ticket to someone else.
