In this course you will techniques on how to meditate so you have tools to meditate on your own and perhaps even make it a positive daily routine. I dette kurset vil du motta tekknikker slik du kan meditere på egen hånd og kanskje til og med få det inn som en daglig positiv rutine.
The course will run in English, Danish and Norwegian depending on who signs up.
6 Mondays starting March 15 7-8 pm CET (Oslo/Berlin time). This is an international course and if you are located in USA or Australia you can easily join. The classes will be recorded and the videos available 72 hours.

This is for you if you feel attracted to meditation but you don't know exactly how to do it, approach, look for. "Tune in" what is that?
I remember before my meditation practice I was like: ""Look within" What the heck is that?! How do I do it?" "It is supposedly good for you." The enlightened people, Buddhist and all kinds of therapists "I think you should start to meditate it will be good for you." "He?" I remember I felt so clueless but I also deep within knew that it would be really really good for me. Enter "the NOW", "let go of worrries" and so on...
In the course you will receive: * Breathing exercises, Pranayama. * Mantra * Visualization techniques, * Somatic awareness techniques. * Embodiment tools so you may become more integrated in your Bodymind. * Learn how to observe your mind.
The overall theme: * GROUNDING * Jordring
You will receive techniques to become more grounded, less dramatic, more calm and feel more secure in yourself and in nature. As a consequence you will feel more at ease and peaceful.

Price: 900 NKr, 105 $ or 90€.
All practioners are welcome, beginners as advanced meditators. You may have a desire to be guided, inspired and/or grounded.
