I’ll start with a 30 min astrological lecture, please bring your journal, then we’ll move into a seated meditation and from there Embodied Flow. There be some couples work which always enhances insight & awareness.
I’ll move you into dynamic Embodied Flow, Vinyasa & Somatic Movement. We end the 3 hr workshop with journaling & a sharing circle.
