This is a brilliant combination of Astrology and Embodied Flow™ which makes it an Embodied, Felt, Astrological Yoga Workshop. A 3 hour workshop can bring about extended awareness and create life altering insights.
I’ll start with a 30 min astrological lecture, please bring your journal, then we’ll move into a seated meditation and from there Embodied Flow. There will be some couples work to enhance insight & awareness.
