Embody your inner King & Queen.

Leaving the Princess and Prince behind and entering into the state of King and Queen is a process of maturation. It is a process that takes time and awareness. It is a process that requires dedication, courage, will power, stubbernness, humbleness and deep willingness to look at ones weak sides/shadow sides, family, cultural programming and traumas.

I invite to a weekend exploration, Somatic Inquiry, Embodied Yoga October 21-22 .

Saturday: 12-15 & 16-19

Sunday: 11-14 & 15-18.

The weekend is for both women and me, as both sexes have masculine and feminine energy, traits, qualities and potential. The human being is a complex composition of energies but every single human being has both a feminine and masculine energy. These two energies are searching to be balanced, both need to be empowered and in flow. When the energies are balanced and empowered we can experience what we know as Kundalini. In order to live and embody, embrace and hold the kundalini energy we need to be grounded, strong and vertical. We might get a taste of the Kundalini energy but we cannot embody or integrate, live and honor the awakened energy if we are not Kings and Queens. The Prince and Princess can taste it, experience but not hold, fully integrate and use it for the greater good. If we are mostly in an immature state of being, acting, behaving and perception, there is chance that the kundalini experience fluctuate, or evaporates, or it can manifest as spiritual narcissism. The impact is smaller when we are not grounded and have practiced spaceholding.

The Physical Body will be affected when entering the King and Queen. 

How you posture yourself, uphold yourself, chose to represent yourself is an integrate part of the King and Queen. There is an active choice in Self Care and health.

In the process of maturation our emotional and mental capacity will expand and spaceholding for whatever is difficult will be greater. 

Boundaries are of course an inherent topic when entering the King and Queen state which affect our level of self respect and thereby indirectly others.

The workshop weekend will give you tools to transform, tools that you can use in your every day life when you come home. You will be provided with a resources that can expand your awareness, empower and mature you. 

You must bring an open mind and be ready to dive deep. This is for you if you have a longing to leave the princess or prince nature behing, grow in positive, wise and compassionate ways. Become the father and the mother in one human Body, a person that can embrace your own inner child.

To be clear: This workshop has nothing to do with politics or religion. We peel off the layers of cultural conditioning.
