Vi skal feire åpningen av et nytt Yoga Studio nemlig Reflection Yoga Studio og åpningen av Embodied Transformation Studio! Lørdag og søndag 19-20 aug.
Vi skal le, kose oss, undersøke og oppleve forskjellige yoga stilarter, Zen Coaching og mindfulness.

Leika has found a Home Base for her Yoga, Meditation, Embodiment, Somatic Movement Therapy and Self Development and Healing Courses/workshops/classes and education. Expect being empowered and expand your consciousness.
Both Hanne and Leika are therapist/coaches specialiced in Somatic Inquiry/Movement and Embodied Healing. Hanne is a Senior Zen Coach teacher and facilitator, Leika is a skilled, experienced Embodied Yoga and Meditation facilitator and master. Leika turns you into an Embodied Being.
We offer a place for deep transformation.
Our shared goals are to create a safe place for both the individual but also community, friendships, love based self development, empowering authenticity and courage. Self developement and safe space holding. We empower and facilitate transformation.
