Lungs are represented in the archetype of the Alchemist. So very exciting and powerful.

The workshop is a deepening and understanding of our lungs and our precious respiratory system. We expand our feltsense and create communication with these transformative organs.

What is the emotional and spiritual meaning of the lungs?

You will receive physical, mental, emotional and spiritual knowledge of your wings. This is a SELF Inquiry weekend. Bring a note book.

Schedule: SATURDAY 12-19 with one hour break. 1 round: * Lecture & Satsang * Mantra * Kryia * Meditation * Embodiment practice; Vinyasa Flow & Free Movement. * Journaling.

2 round: * Pranayama * Meditation * Movement and embodiment practices. * Yin & Restorative Yoga. * Sharing circle

SUNDAY 12-15 * Satsang * Mantra * Pranayama * Meditation * Embodiment practice; Vinyasa & Free Movement. * Journaling * Reflections & Sharing circle.

Of knowledge and embodiment you will receive: Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Metal Element. Kashmir Shaivism, Tantra Philosophy. Embodied Flow Philosophy and Principle.

We will internalize Philosophy and create integration and articulation.

This type of workshop and weekend retreat seek to create inner and outer LIBERATION. This weekend can give you tools to alter your life in positive ways. Embodying lungs and understanding their beauty and potential may just set your inner Butterfly free.
