Saturday: 10-11 Astrology lecture with Sol. 11-12 Kriya and meditation Leika. 12-13.30 Embodied Flow with Leika.

15-16.30 Yin Embodied with Leika. 16.30 Meditation with Sol that flows into contemplation and questions. 17.30 Sharing circle

Sunday: 11-11.30 Satsang with Sol 11.30-13.30 Kriya, meditation, Embodied Flow with Leika. 13.30-14.30 Astrology lecture with Sol. 14.30 Sharing circle

As we move into the Spring Equinox on Sunday the North Node is in Taurus.  This is not a coincidence.  The  spring equinox represents growth, a seed that starts to sprout, grow,  then later blossom. What seed are you ready to plant? What is your  potential? What is your life purpose? Taurus is a grounded sign  that represent sensual living, the senses and pleasure. Taurus also  represents the ground, Earth, our Earth and Holy Mother Gaia.  This  spring Equinox can give you an embodied, grounded beginning of your  potential and with intention you may manifest and/or download your life  purpose.

Sol  W Jonassen is world known astrologer. She has given lectures at  multiple astrological assemblies and conferances. If you haven't had  your chart read it's about time and you can't find a more professional  astrologer in Norway. She writes for the norwegian magasin KK,  previously for Hjemmet. Oh, and she's also a yoga teacher.

Me,  Leika, specialist in Embodiment and Somatic Movement Therapy.  Professional Yoga Teacher for 9 years with own yoga Studio. I am nerding  around in Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Shamanism, Traditional Chinese  Medicine and Astrology. Liberation and awareness are my goals.

Location: Salty Pines Studio Lagveien 38, Nesoddtangen. You  can take the ferry over from Aker Brygge to Nesoddtangen and walk 10  min, 1 road on your left, follow the fjord, red house, studio in the  basement.
