Welcome to a Soulful Yoga Retreat.

We are going to bathe in the sun and invite the radiant sunbeams to transform our inner molecular patterns.

Massimo and Leika want to bring back Soul and Depth into the yoga practice. We can think of no better place than under the beaming, wonderful sun in Spain. Our accommodation have 2 pools available to us and only 1,5 km from the local beach. The holiday center is ruraly placed within a mango and avocado farm. Placed in lushful valleys with villages serving delicious cuisinne and culture around.

Massimo has more than 25 years of experience within the yoga field.  He is an expert in various yoga philosophies with a special warmth for Tantric Philosophy. His wisdom and knowledge are vast and it's a pleasure to listen to his insights. Hatha Yoga, Yin and music are his love. Massimo is also an Author, translater and very skilled musician. He is Italian which comes through in his humor and Bodylanguage.

Leika has been brought up in the SomaBody of wisdom and her somatic knowledge is vast. Embodiment is her expertice and she turns yogis into Embodied Beings. Her philosophical background is shamanism, Tantric philosophy, Kashmir Shaivism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She studies astrology. Her love is Embodied Yoga, creation of reflection, expansion of consciousness and to set people free.

We are both laidback with lots of humor.

A day with us may look like this:

* 7.30-8.30 Satsang, meditation and kriya with Massimo

* 8.30 Tea, coffee, juice, fruits.

* 9-11 Embodied Flow and somatic awareness with Leika.

* 11.15 Brunch

Free time, pool, beach, sightseeing...

* 18-19.30 Yin Yoga with Massimo or Leika. 

* 20 Dinner

Hang out, social gathering or alonetime.

You get 2 yoga lessons and 1 seated Kriya and meditation pr day.

Stay in a doubleroom. Singlerrom extra cost 500 Nkr pr day.

Location: Finca Buenavista, Malaga, only 30 minutes from the airport. If you arrive on Wednesday May 8 the Holiday center arranges pickup and they also have a return transportation service May 12.
