An embodied and somatic approach to understanding the principle, value and felt sense of Freedom.

It is curious and can seem puzzling how freedom goes hand in hand with boundaries. That can seem like opposing forces and values but they are absolutely necessary for our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

Hanne and Leika are going to guide you deep within to get a feeling and understanding of freedom as well as boundaries.

What holds you back from living in freedom? Do you have clear, healthy boundaries or are they too strict, too loose and are you borderless?

We have all heard talk about healthy boundaries but what does it actually mean and how do we implement them?

And how are we going to merge boundaries with freedom so they are not opposing forces and values? But instead lead into more flow, deeper respect and humbleness based in love?

With an embodied experience there is a profound chance of positive change. Knowing, feeling and sensing freedom and boundaries is a direct pathway to authentic living, true inner courage and strength and expansive liberation where respect is an upheld value.

The puzzling paradox of freedom and boundaries will be explored using different techniques and practices: Zen Coaching, Embodiment practices, Somatic Movement, Yoga and Meditation.

The weekend might give a deeper and more holistic sense of who you truly are. It can be a gateway into the felt sense of essence.
