Italy Yoga Retreat. Venus Flow - Sweetness for the Soul. Embodied Yoga, meditation and astrology retreat under the Tuscan Autumn Sun.

October 1-5: Arrival Tuesday 15-17 o'clock. Opening circle, welcome and Embodied Yoga 17 o'clock. 19.30 Dinner. Departure Saturday 13 o'clock after Brunch and gratitude circle.

An immersion and absorbtion of beauty, warmth, kindness, gratitude, compassion and abundance. During Libra season we travel to the astonishing landscape of Tuscany and Umbria where we will bathe in the lovely, sensual autumn breeze while leaves fall and create magnificant, colorful tapestry on the trees and on the fruitful soil. The Villa is a traditional farming house set in beautifully tended gardens stocked with lavender, rosemary, olives and fruit trees. Sensational richness for the senses which create inner delight and refill your cells with life/chi/prana.

This retreat is for you.

We will dive into astrology with movement, meditation and satsang. On Oct 2 we have a New Moon in Libra and an eqlipse as well, what a beautiful opportunity to celebrate this wonderful new moon which represents balance in Yin & Yang, opposites, relationships, a beautiful recipricity flow, inner peace and acceptance, abundance. Libra is ruled by Venus and the qualities that she represents are what we will absorb in these delightful 5 days.

The retreat includes:

* 4 nights (5 days) in single or double accomodation

* Fruits and vegetables, coffee and tea available all day.

* 8.30 Morning Kriya and satsang

* 9.30 Embodied Yoga Flow

* 11 Brunch, local chef, local grown food, delicious and nutricious vegetarian meals (special dietary requests can be met)

* 17.30 Yin Embodied

*19.30 Dinner local chef, local grown food, delicious and nutricious vegetarian dinner (special dietary requests can be met)

* 1 Excursion day to local, historical town and village.

* Hiking options in the astonishing and wonderful Tuscan landscape

* Trip to a vineyard and wine tasting session

* Heated Infinity Pool

* Full access to the villa’s amazing facilities, including tennis court

Not included is flight and transport to the Villa. I recommend renting a car, otherwise let me know and I'll try to create small groups for car rental.

A wellknown restaurant is located down the mountain in walking distance.

How to get there: Perugia Airport “San Francesco d’Assisi” direct flights from London Stansted is around 25 min. by car.

Firenze Airport “Amerigo Vespucci” within 1 hour 50min by car.

Bologna Airport “Guglielmo Marconi“ within 2 hours by car, no traffic.

I recommend a stay in Florence before or after.

Temperature: 15-25 degrees daytime. 10-18 degrees nighttime. We will practice outside if the weather permits.

To bring: Journal. Mat, 2 blocks. Hiking shoes, swimsuit, something warm for early morning and evening. Pasport.
