A Yoga Exploration in the Principle of Yielding

“Yielding is a fundamental bridge that allows us to identify as a separate entity without loosing the connection to the whole. It is a process of creating a balance between giving and receiving. Yielding gives you new lenses as to how to look at the surroundings but not only how you view, see, also how you feel and direct experience through your bodymind the connection to the environment.

Yielding provides you with softness and an awakened mind. It expands your sensitivity. When it comes to the pure physical effect it will provide you with grace and elegance. You may after the weekend feel lighter and taller.
