Power and happiness.

Boost up your energy. Boost up your flow. Get high on life and practice Yogic Arts. Yogic Arts was created by master Duncan Wong after injuring himself practicing ashtanga for 10 years with Pattabhi Jois, he went on to Jivamukhti for another 10 years which wasn’t fulfilling as well. He then created his own creative, funk yoga style which blew my mind in 2012. He used to teach Madonna and Sting, no wonder!

Imagine this:

Martial Arts, Yoga Asana, Vinyasa Flow, Modern dance, Break Dance, Thai Massage, Tantric Philosophy and Shamanism in one melting pot = Yogic Arts.

The lessons are extremely varied, creative and fun. They can be slow and therapeutic but mostly in my classes we sweat, groove, play and build up strength and balance.
